An executive coach and startup mentor. He facilitates transformation processes and leadership development of individuals and teams in complex environments. In 2021, he founded Internations Madrid New Digital Economy group, which brings together expats and professionals to exchange ideas and learn more about the world of blockchain and crypto. Oscar is a learning facilitator and career advisor for executives at MIT and CEO of Eurocoaching, a company that works with tech companies and startups to increase their value by improving people experience.
