IT Technician
Main Functions and Responsibilities:
- Detect and resolve hardware and software problems. Install and configure IT Systems (hardware and software).
- Carry out equipment inspections.
- Travel to the customer's residence/headquarters to provide assistance services.
- Deliver equipment to customers.
- Make cables, extensions and other conductors, based on instruction manuals, creating ways to facilitate the use of the equipment
