Hugo Vieira

Hugo Vieira has been on the National Board of ANJE since January 2017. He is in charge of the Algarve Sector of the Association.
He is a business manager at Winable, a company providing consultancy in the area of innovation and communication technology. His complementary business areas also include social media management and event organisation.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidade do Algarve. Between 2010 and 2015, he worked at Visualforma – Tecnologias de Informação, where he led the Autarquia 360 Web project, which was aimed at providing a response to the main challenges for local authorities under the scope of administrative modernisation.
