• Technical Responsibility for the Administration of Network and Security Systems;
• Design Network and IT Security Solutions;
• Management, maintenance, monitoring, and failure analysis of network devices and systems (Firewalls, VPN, WLAN infrastructures, Switches/Routers, NAC);

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Mandatory Requirements:
• Degree in IT or similar;
• Professional experience in information security and network systems;
• Experience in project management;
• In-depth knowledge of security trends and tools;
• Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure, such as network technology, operating systems and server systems;
• Knowledge of ITIL;
• ISO27001 Certification Knowledge

• Create user manuals, installation guides, documentation and other technical materials;
• Gather technical information from engineers, programmers and other experts and transform it into clear and understandable language for the target audience;
• Manage the lifecycle of technical documentation, including editing, reviewing and updating existing materials;
• Work closely with Engineering and Product Development departments to ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Software development background;
• Experience in leadership and coaching (minimum 2 years);
• Experience in agile transformation in start-ups;
• Solid knowledge of different agile methodologies and when they should be applied;
• Knowledge of docuSaurus (preferred);
• Knowledge of Git (preferably);
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript;
• Fluency in English.

We are looking for a Connectivity Partner Analyst for our department.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond directly to the Connectivity Partner Manager;
• Responsible for managing the partner integration project in the Development Support and Technical Certification phases;
• Provide technical support for integration projects for the various Omnibees APIs;
• Carrying out Scenario Tests and Technical Certification of Partners in the Certification environment;
• Identify problems effectively, escalating to other teams when necessary;
• Participation in meetings with certification partners to clarify doubts;
• Analysis of logs from a technical perspective, reporting the point of failure to the development team or to the partner that is carrying out the development, when necessary;
• Assisting teammates in their day-to-day activities;
• Update of technical documentation for APIs;
• Technical support in meetings with other departments and team training;
• Support for testing new functionalities in the certification environment;
• Carrying out internal tasks to organize and improve team flows;
• Participation and support in meetings with partners;
• Execution of scripts in the certification environment;
• Updating data in Omnibees CRM;
