With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, Jorge is a passionate and driven professional who leads, advises, and empowers businesses, agencies, and startups to achieve their goals and scale their impact. As the Chief Marketing Officer at Dengun, a startup studio and digital agency, Jorge helps founders and companies with business strategy, growth marketing, fundraising, VC relationships, and innovation.
Jorge is also the founder of several initiatives that aim to promote and support the marketing and tourism sectors in the Algarve region, such as SHARE Algarve, an international marketing and innovation conference and the Algarve Tourism Conference.
Additionally, he shares his knowledge and expertise as a mentor, teacher, and consultant, working with various organisations.

The ALGARVE TECH HUB SUMMIT is an event that is jointly organised by various bodies from the innovation ecosystem. The aim is to promote innovation, technology and business in the Algarve and to position the region as a competitive global technology hub capable of attracting companies, institutions and individuals.

Open to the general public on a pre-registration basis, the Algarve Tech Hub Summit aims to bring together a number of Portuguese and international speakers from various fields of innovation and technology, including Tourism, the Sea, AgroFood, Health, Energy, Digital, Art and Culture.

During the Summit, a vast array of activities, conferences, exhibitions, digital arts and networking events will introduce the Algarve Tech Hub to the world, putting the region on the international technology map and positioning it as a destination of choice that offers the lifestyle desired by digital nomads, remote workers, students, talents, companies and investors interested in making the Algarve their global base.
