We are hiring an IT manager/Network engineer to join our growing team.

The individual selected for the role of IT manager will be looking after the IT network crucial to our business as ISP.

The role requires outstanding know-how and experience in IT networks being FTTH, HFC and Wifi, as well as systems administration.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of networking connections and configurations;
• Troubleshoot network problems remotely with the field technicians;
• Support corporate customers on their IT challenges and propose solutions;
• Improve on the available tools and always look to improve and optimize procedures;
• Plan and design IT networks, and support technician on its execution;
• Support sales team on achieving a viable and cost effective solutions to customers;

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in IT or Telecommunications Engineering CCNA (preferred)
• Ability to Work as a team
• Ability to self-motivate
• Fluent English
• Software development abilities preferred (PHP,Javascript,C,Bash)
• Excellent Networking skills
• Excellent system administration skills
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Location: This position is onsite based in Loule, Portugal

Main responsibilities

• Ensure functional support, diagnosis and treatment of Tickets that may arise from Primavera solutions implemented mainly in the Accounting area with customers and partners
• Clarify issues related to the implementation and use of Primavera software
• Carry out diagnostics and support the reconfiguration of solutions if necessary, for the normal functioning of the software
• Support and train users on systems and software

Main responsibilities

• Install Hospitality or Digital Signage solutions developed by the company.
• Participate in solution testing tasks, in a controlled environment, reporting errors and/or points for improvement.
• Provide technical support, remotely or in person, for installed solutions.
• Creation of content and demonstration scenarios.
• Provide remote or in-person training on the solutions belonging to the portfolio.
• Creation of documentation for installed solutions or user manuals.
• Fix equipment (TVs) to walls, ceilings and other surfaces, in accordance with installation specifications and customer requirements, using tools (electric or non-electric) and equipment indicated for the tasks.
